Odometer verification documents are required. Currently the only accepted form of verification is an ECM screenshot. Verification documents must include VIN and mileage. If VIN is not on ECM screenshot an additional document with VIN and ESN must be supplied to collaborate ECM screenshot. Mileage will have to be verified by DDI staff prior to order being processed.

In accordance with the State of Minnesota Statue 325E.14, servicing of an odometer to an adjust mileage that differs from the actual mileage if unlawful. By supplying an odometer reading and supporting documentation you are agreeing that the mileage is correct for the vehicle/VIN entered above. FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY PRINTED VERSIONS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.
